Related Search on Content (RSOC)
Understand the RSOC campaign flow, the identifiers used for revenue reporting, and the provider integrations available in Skro.
Related Search on Content (RSOC) displays search terms on a publisher’s content page. Selecting a term takes the visitor to a search results page where relevant search ads can appear. Google offers related search for content through AdSense for Search; it is distinct from suggestions displayed on Google Search itself. See Google’s related search overview.
Campaign flow
A typical setup connects an advertising campaign, a content page, and a search feed:
- A visitor clicks your advertisement and opens the content page.
- The visitor selects a related search term on that page.
- The search results page displays relevant ads.
- The provider reports monetization data that can be synchronized with Skro.
Your feed provider determines the available campaign identifiers, postback events, and revenue reports. Complete the provider’s account and website setup before configuring its integration in Skro.
Track visits, events, and revenue
Track the incoming visit with the campaign URL or direct tracking method configured in Skro. Where supported, use postbacks to report search interactions or conversion events.
Revenue synchronization is a separate part of the setup. Map the channel, campaign, brand, or offer identifier requested by your provider’s integration. Some integrations use aggregate identifiers rather than a click-level revenue breakdown. Follow the provider guide to choose the correct value.
Match the identifiers
The value entered in Skro must match the identifier in the provider’s offer URL and reporting account. For example, the Inuvo Prism guide explains how to map TKID, while other integrations use different fields.

Verify revenue reporting
Confirm the mapped identifiers, account currency, and selected custom conversion event. After a synchronization completes, compare Skro and provider reports using the same date range. Allow for the synchronization schedule and any later revenue adjustments described in the provider’s guide.
